The Legislative Requirements of an In-Nature Program

An in-nature pedagogy incorporates time spent by children and educators outside the approved children’s education and care service premises with a program focus on nature. It can be identified under a number of different names. Bush kindy/kinder, beach kinder and nature play are all terms used within Australian education and care services.
