Twin Towns Kindy

Venturing into nature kindy at TTK continues to be a long term holistic process in which we aim to raise self-awareness and self-esteem in all of our children.   Our nature kindy offers children opportunities to achieve, develop confidence and self-esteem, through a hands-on learning experience in a local environment.  We work in collaboration with our local schools and council in true community spirit through accessing their rainforest areas and natural open spaces to set up our base camps.   Nature and the outdoors is something that all staff are passionate about in their own lives which is embedded in our philosophy at TTK.  Our vision is organic and it has been evolving each year as we look at ways we can deepen children’s’ connection and engagement with nature, touching each educator and child’s mind, body and soul.  As one of our parents stated after joining us on one nature kindy experience… “how wonderful to see my child being able to be free just like I was as a young child”.
