A small Brisbane-based practice dedicated to responsible interior design and interior plantscaping. I have developed a primary school incursion program, Kokedama Classrooms and am currently running a pilot project during Term 4 with 2 primary schools in Brisbane. Kokedama Classrooms has its roots in Biophilic Design theory. This program works to ensure the time children do spend indoors in their classrooms also fosters that love and respect for nature, and they continue to receive all the benefits of plants – relaxation, happiness, reduction in stress & anxiety levels, not to mentioned purification of air quality in the classroom, and proven increase in academic performance.
